"Alex Peterson-Cross State Farm provides a personal experience that feels like small company attention with the security of corporate backing. We have home owners insurance with them. Fortunately, we have never submitted a claim, but for 26 years they have been communicative and responsive. When I asked for a meeting to explore options, I got a prompt in-person meeting. They spent a good amount of time exploring options with me and explaining terms and plans. I felt very welcome and not rushed. We feel secure with this company and especially with this agent. Anecdotally, I know a senior who lives in a trailer park and had tornado damage. She had State Farm Insurance. Her damages were repaired far before her neighbors completed their claims."
